About the Team
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Coast to Coast Logistics, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Working closely with the Account Executive teams, you will help build a strong sales pipeline by engaging with prospects and identifying their needs. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients and the growth of our business.

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop outreach strategies to engage high-value prospects.
- Qualify leads generated through marketing efforts and transition them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Initiate outbound outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns, to connect with potential customers.
- Build relationships with prospects by asking insightful questions to uncover their logistics needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings and create opportunities for Account Executives by identifying and qualifying viable leads.
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but need further nurturing.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, lead information, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and conversion goals.

Work Environment
This role requires in-office participation four (4) days per week at our Deerfield office. We believe in the power of collaboration and value the energy that comes from working together in person while maintaining flexibility for our team members.
